Employee well-being and a healthy and good, open work environment where there is room for dialogue are very important to us. Together, we have developed a code of conduct (in Dutch) that defines our interactions with one another.
If you suspect any wrongdoing or irregularities or if you have information about conduct or activities at Pels Rijcken that infringe EU law, you can report this (anonymously) under the Whistleblower Scheme. The Whistleblowing Scheme is only for reporting wrongdoing or irregularities that are of social importance. Both our colleagues and external stakeholders can make a report via our digital integrity hotline.
