Abdessamad El Allaoui has been working as an attorney-at-law in the Corporate Law section since 2021. He deals with a variety of corporate law issues, with his focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Abdessamad completed his bachelor's degree in law and his master's degree in corporate law at Leiden University. During his studies Abdessamad gained experience through internships at various law firms. In addition, Abdessamad worked for six months at Pels Rijcken as a student associate.
