Anna van Gijssel was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2013 and joined Pels Rijcken’s Administrative Law department in 2017. Her activities include a wide range of matters related to administrative law, including oversight and enforcement, disciplinary law and government transparency. She represents the Dutch government in all the above cases.
Anna completed a research master's degree in Public International Law at the University of Amsterdam. Part of her curriculum took place in the United States at New York University School of Law. Prior to joining Pels Rijcken, Anna was with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek where she focused on economic and financial administrative law.
