Annefloor Frentz has been working as a lawyer in the Litigation & Arbitration Team of the Corporate Law Department since 2021. She deals with various corporate law issues with a special focus on insolvency law.
Annefloor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Amsterdam University College with honours, majoring in Economics and Law. She then obtained a Master's degree in Private Law (Commercial Law Practice) cum laude from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, Annefloor gained experience in the judiciary and in the legal profession. As an external member of the Implementation Working Group for the Court Approval of a Private Composition (Prevention of Insolvency) Act (Wet homologatie onderhands akkoord (WHOA), she also contributed to the drafting of the procedural rules of this Act. Annefloor is a member of the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA) and an editor of the OR Updates website.
