Carola Jongens joined Pels Rijcken in 1987. She advises and litigates in the field of liability and compensation law, with a specific focus on personal injury. She mainly represents public authorities and insurance companies.
Carola obtained her master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from Leiden University and completed the specialist programme in personal injury cum laude. Carola is a member of the Dutch Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA) and a member of the Legal Advice Chamber of Het Letselhuis. She also edits the chapter on recovery actions in the Handboek Personenschade (Personal Injury Handbook).
