Caroline van der Woude has been a professional support lawyer for the lawyers and notaries of the Corporate Law department since 2016. Her work involves proactively informing her department colleagues about legally relevant developments in legislation, case law and literature. She also makes the most important developments in the broad field of corporate law accessible to the entire firm and to clients and is responsible for knowledge management and development.
Caroline studied Classical Languages and Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam, where she also completed her postgraduate programme in Documentary Information Science. Caroline previously worked as a librarian/electronic information officer at the IBFD, as a legal documentarian at Stibbe and as a knowledge management consultant at Loyens & Loeff. Together with a number of her colleagues, she writes for the case law column in the Dutch Journal of Energy Law.
