Diederik Wolters Rückert has been working as an attorney-at-law at Pels Rijcken since 2011. He specialises in procurement law and litigates frequently. He assists the Dutch State and other contracting authorities in complex preliminary relief proceedings and proceedings on the merits involving procurement law.
