Frederieke Khader-Guljé joined Pels Rijcken’s Real Estate department in 2012. She is a specialist in the field of civil real estate law, with a particular focus on tenancy law, the sale of real estate and long-term leasehold. Frederieke is both an adviser and litigator and frequently acts in civil proceedings before district courts and courts of appeal. Frederieke's clients include various Dutch public authorities, provinces and municipalities and also public-law institutions and private parties. Frederieke regularly writes case notes on topics pertaining to real estate law. In addition, she gives courses and presentations to clients. Frederieke is a committed and driven lawyer, who really gets her teeth into a case and always goes for the best result. Her advice is pragmatic and to-the-point.
Frederieke received her master’s degree in Dutch Private Law and Business Law from the University of Groningen. During her studies, she worked as a court clerk at the Amsterdam District Court. She is annotator of the journal Jurisprudentie in Nederland (Case Law in the Netherlands) and a member of The Hague Young Real Estate Lawyers Association (Jong Onroerend Goed Den Haag).
