Ikram Mamouni joined the Corporate department of Pels Rijcken as a lawyer in 2021. She deals with a variety of corporate law issues, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Ikram completed her bachelor's degree in Law and specialised in Corporate Law: Law, Markets and Behavior at the Free University of Amsterdam. She also studied for a semester at the University of Leeds and at McGill University in Canada.
During her studies Ikram gained experience both within the judiciary and the legal profession.
