Jantine has acquired a considerable amount of practical experience at Pels Rijcken in administrative law, construction law, liability law and procurement law. Based on her expertise in public law and private law, she provides advice on a daily basis regarding complex issues of a very diverse nature in the context of procurement law, including partnerships between government authorities (public public partnerships) and government authorities and private parties (public-private partnerships). She has particular expertise in privatisation, mobility, ICT and care. She also regularly represents government authorities in arbitrations and preliminary relief proceedings concerning procurement. The experience that she acquired as a staff attorney of the members of the Council of State who administer justice stands her in very good stead in this context. In addition to her demanding legal practice, Jantine regularly gives courses on new developments in procurement law. She also regularly writes for a blog about area development.
