Jasper Kennis joined Pels Rijcken’s Administrative Law department in 2017. Jasper has a general administrative practice with a focus on subsidy regulations, enforcement law and scarce public resources. He advises and represents central and co-governments in proceedings in these areas. In addition to his legal work, Jasper regularly publishes in various professional journals, and blogs about various administrative law matters on our Administrative Law Blog.
Jasper received his master’s degree cum laude in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Civil Law from Leiden University. He also lectured there and was a research fellow at the Constitutional and Administrative Law department. During his studies, Jasper gained experience as a working student and trainee at various law firms and with the Dutch government.
