Jasper Kennis has been a attorney-at-lawy at Pels Rijcken since 2017. He is a member of the Administrative Law section. Jasper has a general administrative law practice, with a focus on subsidy law and public funding. In those areas, he assists central and co-governments with advice and in proceedings.
Jasper completed the masters in state and administrative law and civil law cum laude at Leiden University. At the same university he worked as a lecturer and researcher in the department of constitutional and administrative law. During his studies, Jasper gained experience as a student employee and intern at various law firms and with the central government. In addition to his legal work, Jasper is co-author of the Kroniek subsidies en bestuursrechtelijke geldschulden in the Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Bestuursrecht.
