Jeroen Langbroek

Jeroen Langbroek has been with Pels Rijcken's Civil Law and Procedural Law department since 1998. Jeroen is a litigator through and through and litigates in a variety of legal fields on behalf of public authorities, companies and individuals. Jeroen’s practice focuses on liability law, attachment and execution law, and contract law.

Jeroen received his master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law and History from Leiden University. He then went on to complete the Grotius Specialist programme in national and international contract law cum laude. Because of his expertise in the field of contract law, Jeroen is regularly engaged to advise on the content of contracts and general terms and conditions, to draft such documents or lecture on them. Together with Martijn Scheltema and others, he wrote the Ars Aequi Cahier Contracten met de overheid (Contracts with the Government). Jeroen is fluent in English.
