Jonne Fluitsma is working as a lawyer for the Real Estate team of Pels Rijcken since 2021. He specializes in civil real estate law, with a focus on rental/lease and purchase/sale of real estate, leasehold and other real rights. His clients include the Dutch State, provinces and municipalities, institutions under public law, healthcare institutions and commercial parties, including project developers and (institutional) investors.
Jonne previously worked as a lawyer at Nysingh, where he focused on the civil law practice for provinces, municipalities and institutions under public law as well as the commercial real estate practice.
Jonne graduated cum laude with his master's degree in Private Law at Utrecht University. In 2013, he also studied International Environmental Law at the University Of Auckland, New Zealand. During his studies, he worked as a paralegal at De Koninklijke Nederlandse Lawn Tennisbond (the Royal Dutch Lawn Tennis Association).
Jonne is the author of SDU Commentaar (Huurrecht) on the topic of termination of leases.
