Maaike Küthe has been a member of Pels Rijcken’s Construction and Procurement Law department since 2010. She is also a member of the European Law department. Maaike’s specialist focus is European procurement law, and she advises and litigates on procurement cases with a European or administrative law aspect, such as the tendering of public transport concessions.
Maaike graduated cum laude from Leiden University with a master’s degree in European Law. She also completed the programme in European Studies at the College of Europe. Maaike did a traineeship at the legal service of the European Commission. She is fluent in English and has a good command of French. Maaike is a member of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law and the Netherlands Association for European Law.
