Marc Bakkum is a lawyer in the Administrative Law section at Pels Rijcken since 2021. He advises and litigates on various administrative law issues. In doing so, he assists various government authorities.
Before joining Pels Rijcken, Marc worked at Leiden University where he taught both constitutional and administrative law and conducted academic research in the field of subsidy law and the public accessibility of government information. He completed the masters in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Management of the Public Sector at the same university. During his studies he gained work experience within the legal profession and the judiciary.
