Margriet Verduijn has been a member of Pels Rijcken’s Administrative Law department and the Healthcare and Regulatory Authorities sectors since 2012. She specialises in healthcare issues, and has extensive experience in representing the Dutch Healthcare Authority in price regulation cases. In addition, Margriet conducts a more general administrative law practice. She advises on and litigates in cases involving compensation issues, among others.

Margriet graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in European law from Utrecht University in 2010. She then lectured on Economics Public Law at the same university. Margriet regularly lectures and publishes on current developments in healthcare. She is editorial assistant for the journal Zorg en Recht in Praktijk (Healthcare and Law in Practice).
