Marie-Lise Sluijter

Marie-Lise Sluijter has been working as a lawyer in the Administrative Law Department since 2021. She gives advice and litigates in wide-ranging cases concerning general administrative law. Her special focus is on cases concerning damages under administrative law and monetary debts, that are at the interface of administrative law and civil law. For example, she wrote her Master's thesis in Civil Law on the application of the relativity requirement in government liability law.

Marie-Lise obtained both a Master's degree in Civil Law and a Master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law (cum laude) from Leiden University. During her studies, Marie-Lise was already working at Pels Rijcken as a student intern and a student assistant.
