Marko Traousis has been an attorney-at-law in the Administrative Law section since 2022. He advises and litigates on a variety of matters within general administrative law, with a focus on subsidy law. He assists both central and local governments in procedures and with advice.
Marko completed the master State and Administrative Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. During his studies he worked at the Rechtswinkel Rotterdam and as a court clerk at the Central Appeals Tribunal. He then worked for a number of years as a staff lawyer at the Board of Appeal for the Business Community. Marko is therefore well acquainted with the administration of justice. In addition to his work as an attorney, Marko also publishes in the professional literature. For example, Marko was an editor of ABkort for some time. At Blog Bestuursrecht he blogs about various administrative law matters. Marko is also a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
