Mirella Peletier has been a Supreme Court litigator with Pels Rijcken since 1999. Within this speciality, she advises and litigates on all aspects of property law, particularly general property law, contract law (including tenancy law), relational property law and inheritance law. In her Supreme Court practice, Mirella draws upon her scientific background and experience as a law clerk at the Supreme Court. She is also a deputy justice at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
Mirella earned her master’s degree in Civil Law from Leiden University and obtained her PhD from VU Amsterdam.
