Noor works at Pels Rijcken since 2022. She deals with a variety of issues in areas including dismissal, integrity, employer liability, employee participation, on which she advises and litigates. She does this for both public authorities and private clients.
Noor received her bachelor's degree in law from Leiden University. She also took the master's degree in Employment Law at Leiden University, which she completed cum laude. During her master's, she taught the course Employment Law to second-year bachelor’s students at Leiden University.
Noor is a member of the Association ‘Ambtenaar & Recht’.
