Pim Reemst joined Pels Rijcken in 2014. As adviser and litigator, his broad practice covers the entire area of commercial and corporate law dispute resolution. He is primarily involved in national and international contract law, corporate disputes and directors’ liability. He also litigates on behalf of insurers in connection with liability for investment-linked insurance policies. Pim represents national and multinational companies and semi-government institutions.
He obtained his master’s degree in Dutch Criminal and Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and studied International Law at the University of Melbourne. Pim edited the final edition of Hugenholtz / Heemskerk, the prominent manual on Dutch civil procedural law. As editor of OR Updates, Pim writes extensively about court rulings on corporate law. He is also a member of the Dutch Lawyers Association soccer team.
