Raimond Dufour joined Pels Rijcken in 2012. He advises on and litigates in complex disputes on contractual and non-contractual liability, often with a financial component. Raimond has extensive experience with class action suits and cross-border dispute resolution.
Raimond earned his master’s degree in Dutch Corporate Law from Utrecht University. His thesis dealt with the consequences of regulation on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (EMIR). He completed the Grotius programme in Securities Law (Financial Law) cum laude. Raimond was seconded to the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) in 2014 where he advised on various regulatory issues.
