Raimond Dufour

Raimond Dufour joined Pels Rijcken in 2012 and is a partner in our Litigation & Arbitration department. Raimond’s particular focus of expertise is private international law. He has extensive experience with complex cross-border disputes, such as class and group actions, cartel damages proceedings and commercial arbitration proceedings. As defence counsel, he frequently works with clients that operate on a multi-jurisdictional scale. Raimond has litigated on a variety of high-profile cases on, for example, diesel engine emissions, securities, international interest rate benchmarks (e.g. LIBOR) and the foreign currency exchange.
