Samuel Berghoef has been with the Construction and Procurement Law department since 2019.
Samuel graduated from Utrecht University with master's degrees in Dutch Constitutional and Administrative Law and Dutch Private Law. During his studies, Samuel gained experience as a working student and trainee at various law firms and private businesses.
