Stijn has been practising as an attorney since 2017. He litigates and advises on various administrative law issues, with a focus on financial-economic issues. His working field covers the financial sector, food safety and public transport, in which areas he assists the State, national and local government bodies and regulatory authorities. Stijn also focuses on the (legal) organisation of public administration and other constitutional issues.
Stijn studied at the University of Groningen, where he also worked as a lecturer during his master's degree. During his studies, he also completed an internship at the Attorney General in Washington DC. From 2017 to 2020, Stijn worked as an attorney at AKD.
