Wiecher van Lingen joined Pels Rijcken’s Employment and Public Service Law department in 2014. He litigates on all aspects of employment relations, advising on matters involving dismissal, employee co-determination, and integrity. His particular interest is pension law. Wiecher regularly advises on the Executives' Pay (Standards) Act.
Wiecher obtained his master’s degree in Dutch Private Law and Business Law from the University of Groningen. During his studies, Wiecher chaired the Board of the Faculty Association, provided communication training, participated in moot court competitions and worked for a legal research agency. He is a member of the Dutch Civil Servants and Law Association (VA&R) and the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA). Wiecher is editor of and a regular contributor to our Employment and Public Service Law Blog.
