Wouter Poot has been an attorney-at-law with Pels Rijcken since 2023. Within the Administrative Law practice group he handles cases in the field of (general) administrative law. Wouter specializes in supervision and enforcement, with a focus on the financial sector. He assists supervisors in proceedings regarding enforcement and regulatory decisions taken by them and regularly advises on enforcement issues.
Wouter completed his Master's degree with honors in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University. He also took a bachelor's degree in History at the same university. During his studies, Wouter was a working student at Pels Rijcken. Wouter is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR) and the Financial Law Association (VvFR).
