Met meer dan 20 advocaten is de sectie de grootste gespecialiseerde speler in Nederland. Sinds jaar en dag staat de sectie de Staat der Nederlanden en andere publieke opdrachtgevers terzijde in tal van procedures voor de Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw, het NAI en de burgerlijk rechter. Het team heeft hierdoor een schat aan proceservaring.

Het team heeft ook als geen ander ervaring met Design & Construct-, DBFM(O)- en PPS-contracten voor de grootste projecten in Nederland, naast de meer traditionele bouwvormen. De sectie is betrokken bij bijna alle grote infrastructurele projecten. Enkele voorbeelden: de HSL, de Tweede Coentunnel, A15 Maasvlakte-Vaanplein, Schiphol-Amsterdam-Almere, de bouw van talloze overheidsgebouwen en de aanleg van wegen en spoorwegen.

De Staat, de Randstedelijke provincies, de vier grote gemeenten, waterschappen, zorginstellingen, universiteiten en vele andere publieke opdrachtgevers zijn cliënt. Hierdoor lopen de advocaten van de sectie voorop in de begeleiding van juridisch, technisch en politiek complexe projecten en hebben zij een goed gevoel voor de specifieke publieke component.
