Diederik Wolters Rückert

Diederik Wolters Rückert werkt sinds 2011 als advocaat bij Pels Rijcken. Hij is gespecialiseerd in het aanbestedingsrecht en procedeert veelvuldig. Zo staat hij de Nederlandse Staat en andere aanbestedende diensten bij in complexe aanbestedingskort gedingen en bodemprocedures. Diederik weet zich de inhoudelijke materie van de aanbestede opdrachten - hoe uiteenlopend, complex of technisch ook - snel eigen te maken.

Diederik studeerde Nederlands recht aan de Universiteit Utrecht (honourstraject Utrecht Law College). Met regelmaat geeft Diederik presentaties over nieuwe ontwikkelingen in het aanbestedingsrecht en doceert hij binnen de leergang aanbestedingsrecht voor juristen aan de VU Law Academy over gunningscriteria.
